SZ Coaching & Management ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through www.szshark.com and why.
What we collect: account details (name, email, phone); swimmer details (name, date of birth, level); details shared during the free introductory consultation, such as swimming experience, goals and health information you choose to give (for example injuries or limitations); booking requests, approvals, attendance and messages; records of legal acceptances, including those recorded on a call; and technical logs needed to run the website securely.
Why: to provide and schedule coaching, keep swimmers safe, send booking emails and reminders, manage accounts, keep records of accepted documents, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.
Who can see it: SZ Coaching administrators. Coaches see only what they need for their own sessions (for health: injuries, limitations and water confidence). We do not sell your data.
Service providers: website hosting and database (Railway), email delivery (Resend), and Google Calendar for scheduling (session date, time, venue and, for confirmation invites, the client's email). These providers may store data outside Lebanon under their own security safeguards.
Retention: we keep your data while your account is active, and for 2 years after your last session or last sign-in. After that it is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete or correct your data earlier.
Your rights and contact: you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing zablith.simon@gmail.com or WhatsApp / phone +961 76 326 354. Guardians exercise these rights for children.
Security: passwords are stored encrypted (hashed), and access to data is limited by role.
