These Terms apply to the website www.szshark.com and to all sessions provided by SZ Coaching & Management ("SZ Coaching", "we"). By creating an account, making a booking, or accepting these Terms on a call with us, you agree to them.
1. Accounts. You must give accurate information and keep your login private. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account for any swimmer under 18. New clients create an account and book a free introductory consultation; SZ Coaching may also register existing clients.
2. Acceptance on a call. If you accept these Terms, the Participation Waiver, the Child Safety Acknowledgement or the Photo & Video Consent verbally during a call with SZ Coaching, SZ Coaching records that acceptance on your behalf, at your request, with the date and the staff member who recorded it. That record counts as your acceptance. You can ask for a copy of these documents at any time.
3. Bookings. You choose a free time on the calendar and send a booking request. A session is confirmed only when SZ Coaching approves it, and we will email you. Academy classes work the same way: you request a place and SZ Coaching approves it. Classes can be fully booked. We may keep a waitlist; joining the waitlist does not reserve a place.
4. Cancellations. Confirmed sessions can be cancelled online free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. For later cancellations and no-shows there is no fixed rule: SZ Coaching will decide each case individually and talk to you about it.
5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown on the website and may change. Payment is made in cash to your coach at the session, not through the website.
6. Changes by SZ Coaching. We may reschedule or cancel a session for safety, weather, venue or coach availability. We will tell you by email and offer an alternative where possible.
7. Conduct. Swimmers and guardians must follow coaches' instructions and venue rules. We may refuse or end a session if safety is at risk.
8. Liability. Participation is also subject to the Participation Waiver. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page.
